F. A. Q.

What is ozone?

Ozone is a natural gas composed of three Atoms of oxygen. Its chemical symbol is O3. It is blue in color and has a unique smell (Similar to chlorine). We use it in our treatments for destroying bad smells at molecular level.

How do we remove the odor?

We utilize the latest Ozone technologies to destroy odor molecules and give our customers a fresh "after the rain" smell after each treatment. Unlike other home fragrance which only masks the odor or smell, our odor treatment destroys odor at the molecular level, so it gets removed permanently.

How does Ozone remove odor?

Ozone molecules bond with odor molecules easily thus destroying the odor structure at the molecular level. Since the odor modules are destroyed, the smell or odor does not come back as long as the source of the smell is not present after the treatment.

Is the service safe?

All O3 technicians are Ozone Certified from the National Ozone Association to ensure each treatment is 100% safe for our customers.

Why use our service

If white vinegar and baking soda don't help,  we provide 100% result satisfy or money back guarantee. All our technicians are certified and trained with the National Ozone Association. We use commercial grade equipment. There are no hidden fees.

How long is the treatment?

It depends on the size of the treating area; for example, for a residential house of 1500 sqf, the treatment will be about 2 hours.
